What You Will Learn
Beginners will focus on breath control, proper flute posture, tone production, finger placement, and simple songs.
Intermediate students will develop clearer tone, articulation, and explore a variety of musical styles.
Advanced students will master long tones, vibrato, ornamentation, and advanced repertoire.
Lessons also include note reading, rhythm, technique (scales and arpeggios), sight-reading, memorization, ear training, and music theory. Students will explore etudes, concertos, unaccompanied works, and music from different periods to build a well-rounded repertoire.
