Elyas Taghiani is a celebrated Iranian musician known for his vocal and instrumental expertise. He began his musical journey under the guidance of his father, Ibrahim Taghiani, and later received advanced vocal training in the Isfahan School of Vocal Music with Master Nahid Dayi Javad. Specializing in the Ney, Elyas also studied the Tar, Setar, and Tonbak, benefiting from the mentorship of esteemed figures like Master Hassan Kassai and other prominent musicians.

Elyas Taghiani completed his studies at the Music Conservatory in Isfahan and later graduated from Tehran University of Music. His comprehensive education provided a solid foundation for his future endeavors in both performance and teaching.

Elyas has performed with various music groups, including Delshadgan, Taloo, Parand, and Chekavak, and collaborated with the Kassai Group. His performances have graced numerous prestigious venues in Iran and internationally, including Denmark, Sweden, and the UAE, often in collaboration with groups like the Shams Molana Group.

Elyas is an official instructor at the University of Culture and Art and the headmaster of the Avaye Jan Music School in Tehran. He teaches various aspects of music, including vocal techniques and traditional Persian instruments.

His discography includes collaborations on albums such as "Hamneshin-e Dirineh" and "Ta Nafas Baqiyeh," with a solo album "Oj-e Roya" released in 2017. Elyas has also contributed to film music, composing the title track for "Blood and Iron."
